The waiting hasn't officially begun, and I am already going a little nutty!

Fingerprint appointment.....fingerprint appointment??? Where is our appointment? Did it get lost in the mail? I thought it would only be a week from when we sent in our application, and its been 10 days. Oh no! And this is just the beginning!

The rate limiting step. We can't be put on the official "wait list" until we get FBI clearance. Now do you understand why I am anxious? The holidays are coming.....

We saw a beautiful little girl on the Horizon Kids waiting list. We were interested, but we couldn't submit our interest until our fingerprints clear....bummer....guess it wasn't meant to be.
