More paperwork. Are you kidding?

While we were completing our homestudy, and before Debby came to our house for our final visit (to be sure our home is a safe environment for a child), I gathered the remainder of our documents to complete our dossier. We both had to get a TB test, and have one last form signed by our respective physicians. Letters from GSK, stating my salary, financial statements from our CPA, more references, a letter from Doug and me about why we want to adopt from Ethiopia, more documents to get notarized (almost all required a notary's signature), pictures of us together, seperate, of the outside of our home, and of the inside of our home. And this was just the beginning. Much to everyone's surprise, I submitted our dossier on September 30th and it was accepted (error free, I might add), on October 9th! A little pat on the back for Amy!
