I think most of you know our story, and why we started "Tam's Miracle," (http://www.tamsmiracle.com/) to honor our son who we lost very suddenly on January 19th after a brief illness (and possibly measles, a vaccine preventable disease). Doug created a line of cards for the adoptive family, and we would like to give 10 cards of your choice (mix and match, however you'd like) to a lucky winner.
Why "Tam's Miracle?" His name is Tamirat, which means "Miracles" in Amharic, and that he was, our little miracle baby.
We decided to donate 20% of all purchases to our agency's Ethiopian Humanitarian Aid projects. Although the money goes to WHFC (we sent our first check on April 1st :) ), the money does go to the children of Ethiopia, wherever the need is the greatest.
Our story will hopefully have a very happy ending in a few brief months. We accepted a referral for a 4.5 year old boy and his 3 year old little sister on April 7th. Yay!
